These tunes were written by Dónal in October 2015. ‘The Tram’ was written in memory of the many days spent playing football on the tram laneway that runs outside the house where Dónal grew up in the heart of Scotstown. The second tune is named after a place name in the local area, 'Iorball Sionnaigh' in Gaelic or Urbleshanny, meaning 'The Fox's Tail'. Iorball Sionnaigh comes from the shape of the River Blackwater which runs through Scotstown village which is said to be in the shape of the fox's tail.

Absolutely sensational - love the generally low-end tones and planxty-esque set up, but most of all the incredible energy of it! Wish more instrumental trad was like this, love the fact that it's recorded live too. Prangman
